Job description:

We are a multidisciplinary practice seeking a motivated leader, problem-solver, and positive minded clinic manager to oversee multiple clinics in South and North Austin and the ability to work in a fast-pace environment. The Clinic Manager handles a variety of different tasks which provides customer service daily along with supervising the staff, training, ensuring productivity, goals met, and day to day operations run smoothly.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST

Job Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the office
• Supervise and support the front office team
• Track and monitor data, manage patient recordkeeping and prepare management reports
• Work closely with our Regional Managers to identify and resolve patient account discrepancies, inconsistencies and specific individual requirements
• Address and research patient billing inquiries and requests
• Review documentation and action as necessary
• Compile medical records for requests and/or subpoenas in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Work with the team in Dallas Texas for all the scheduling, billing and EMR related issues.
• Maintain office files
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
• Take initiative to improve processes, maintain and update Policies and Procedures manual
• Represent our business in a professional manner and demonstrate exemplary customer service
• Ensure a professional work culture; always demonstrate respect for all
• Additional responsibilities and duties as needed and requested

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years medical office management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
• Computer literacy and hand on experience and proficiency with EHRs (Electronic Health Records)
• Analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Disciplined, determined and dedicated
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Exemplary customer service skills and work ethic that demonstrates leadership by example
• Positive outlook
• Able to travel between North and South Austin Clinic to perform above mentioned job duties.
